Question: 2007 Toyota Camry LE 4cyl

Does my car have a shifting problem? Transmission problem?
Since I purchased this car after a stop or a light stop the car barely is getting speed I think this is pretty dangerous when you have to get on the highway or similar circumstances where car are going fast and your car doesn't want to kick in but once it kicks there is no more problem, fly's like a bird I love this car except this kicking problem Is anyone there have a solution for this? Car has 158 HP and should have the power to take speed faster. 79358 miles on board is still under warranty??
